2. Use of the App

• You must be 13 years or older to use the App
• The App is for entertainment and educational use only
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• You are responsible for any activity under your account

3. Account & Access

• Some features may require login or social sign-in
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. In-App Purchases

• Virtual items are non-refundable and hold no real-world monetary value
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law
• Prices may change at any time without notice
• You are responsible for any taxes on your purchases
• Virtual currency and items cannot be exchanged for real money
• We may modify or discontinue virtual items at our discretion

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to: use bots, cheats, exploits, or automation software; reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App; violate any laws or third-party rights; engage in fraud or misrepresent your identity; harass, abuse, or harm other users; spam or promote unauthorized content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; interfere with or disrupt the App's operation; collect or harvest user data without permission.

6. Content Ownership

• All code, graphics, sounds, and branding are property of Cien Rios LLC
• Dominauts™ is a trademark of Cien Rios LLC
• You retain rights to any user-generated content you create
• You grant us a license to use your content for operating the App
• You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for any loss of game progress or virtual items
• Game features and availability may change without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIEN RIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cien Rios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for Terms violations. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution through customer support first. Any disputes not resolved informally may be settled by binding arbitration. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action for such disputes.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
